Individual Therapy
Services available for teens and adults (ages 13 and older).
Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes but can be longer if needed based on the need of the client.
Free 15 minute phone consultations available with each therapist.
Sessions may be covered by insurance.
Group Therapy
Group topics vary depending on the needs of the clientele.
Group sessions will typically last one hour and are not covered by insurance.
