Life can be overwhelming at times and it can feel like your drowning. It's in these times we find out how resilient and strong we truly are. Therapy is about highlighting those key factors and helping us to see the strength we all have. Collaboration in building and maintaining an effective and empathic relationship is the foundation that we build together.
